Sorry for not replying to this post before,,,,i do not know who the companies are.....but it is interesting to note that the licensing agreement GTG done with ORCHID BIOSCIENCES,in this agreement it was stated that GTG would not sue for past activities....and i still think it will be more of the same for any company that would rather go to court,but now GTG would be mad not to seek payments for infringements of there patents,after all they have had ample time to come to agreements with GTG in the past.......let the games begin.cheers
