If they can't front up the deposit there will be no egg on management's faces, this isn't an exclusive deal, they can continue to shop around to other offers until the deposit is paid. I don't see what the issue is or what you expect management to do about a 3rd party's offer??

I think everyone's love affair with Mr. "boom" and MineMark is a little OTT.

Whether you think the deal is sh1te or not is something else. Personally, I believe $105million in the hand is better than 15.5Mt @1.48%Li2o in the bush (ground).

We've all crunched the numbers on the potential value of the deposit but at the end of the day, the deposit is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If $105mil is such a bargain then surely the word would be out there by now and other buyers would be interested if they can pick it up for a similar figure (i.e. $120-150mil), if there aren't any other buyers then maybe it's a very good deal??

With going from explorer to producer in Mali, there are plenty of known unknows but even more unknown unknowns. I'd hazard a guess and say 99% of posters in the BGS thread have zero experience when it comes to any of this and only go on what they can Google, which in the real world doesn't mean a hell of a lot.

My only gripe currently is the lack of communication from management, but there could be reasons for this for which I'm happy to wait. I have been essentially waiting for 3+ years now anyway.

I'd just like to suggest that some posters take a little timeout from getting riled up on here as it seems to be contagious.

From a shareholders perspective, BGS management are no different to the majority of other management teams of similarly sized companies with regard to communication, and putting themselves in the shoes of shareholders, put simply, it's probably not their strength!
Meanwhile the market ( for buyers of potential Lithium Companies / explorers) will decide if this is a bargain or a good deal.
