re: a thought golam, directors buying into or selling their own company shares is fairly liberal by way of restrictions wise. It has to be a blatant breach to attract the ire of the relevant authorities, like selling out two weeks before the company sends off their Annual Report to the ASX that a loss of millions of dollars is to be reported.

I would not rule out a major announcement by LUM in the next few weeks.

With all those potential contracts in the wings one or two must be close to finalisation.

I certainly hope so anyway. My patience is wearing pretty thin.
