All of the beer that is being sold off at amazing prices because it's going out of date. The Ballarat land sale is precarious to say the least. Sounds great in a announcement that could have been written by a toddler, however the detail is seriously missing.
If the big boys in the know want out, that is a very telling sign!
Kent needs to do another run with CUB very soon, so he needs another loan or credit raise. He has proved that Broo is not a sellable beer as he couldn't get rid of the last lot of beer, so what's going to be different with the next CUB run. If this Ballarat property sells he will spend that money at a rate of knots. With this company's record of losses, the land sale proceeds won't cover Kent Grogan's spending for another 6 months.

Not a lot of support on the buy side.
