MIN has signed a strategic farm in partnership with LRD. This project is situated near MIN's Mt Marion project.
This is the type of agreement that I would envisage for TOR's nickel tenements and possibly some of the gold tenements as well. It would provide funding for TOR with MIN completing the bulk of the expenditure.
My view is a JV strategic tolling partnership for TOR's New Dawn project would look quite different from the agreement below, for the simple reason of the potential size and confirmation and confirmation at New Dawn.
