From the MIN half-yearly results conference - the plan is to offer a toll-treating service for those companies with smaller deposits in the area. This service will operate with MIN likely also taking a stake in the mine.
A floating plant will also be installed in the area to help with recoveries. Full details of this will likely be available in the June quarter.
I'll put up a link to the reply to the conference call when it becomes available.
