Do you see a risk to existing shareholders that the reverse takeover will result in a reverse stock split thereby significantly reducing the number of shares owned by each shareholder?
I see that Buddy is looking to raise $7.5 million by issuing 150 million shares - that is effectively an IPO at 5 cents per share. Am I on the right track here?
