I recall the heavily oversubscribed placement in Oct 2013 by Peleton Capital on PAA’s behalf.
Given progress since, a capital raising of perhaps $3m should be well received.
Perhaps a temporary dilution but stakes are high and significant SP upside on continued good results.
FDA approval the ultimate goal and suspect they’re being extra careful with trials compliance.
