You're totally right, it's a massive challenge staying in the right mindset, money management, checking higher time frames, tactics, trend lines, resistance,news, stuff happening for no reason whatsoever, remembering all of the things that have burnt your fingers in the past!
The list could go on for pages.

It's very tedious...and to tell the truth, I'm a little excitable. Not such a good thing.

Rick and Nickl and many others have taught me heaps, of which I'm very appreciative of and maybe one day I may have some good advice to offer young punters?.......like...get a real job!??

$200 outlay can make you 10 bags in forex ..that’s the pull..with leverage can happen in day...that’s a crazy return...but timing...timing..timing...risk management ...risk management x 10...and overall it’s nothing like that...but can be ...and that’s the addiction
