I usually trade Monday gaps. Some nice gaps this morning , although trading the gaps lately is not wise. Best to let Mondays be a day to let Markets settle.
Your spread size will depend on your Broker, and some are much larger than others. If you are on Demo it won't matter as its like a video game, nothing is real and neither you or the Broker lose. Chances are you will get .5 spreads on open on demo.
In the real world it takes about 15 minutes for spreads to settle, although others may have a Broker that is better than mine.
Here are the Pairs I usually trade on Monday gaps if the gap is above 25 pips. Also Spread pips after 15 minutes.
