Tribute to Mr Tony Cunningham

As reported in today's West Australian Business News Mr. Cunningham has died at the age of 55.
This very talented fellow with varied interests mostly centering around brokering in later life was a pioneer of the Hot Copper platform purchasing a stake in Hot Copper back in 1999 from the founder and included also working as a moderator.
He had a vision that instead of just being a pub conversation between two people, it could be between thousands of people and it might even be millions of people now. WOW.
The West describes Hot Copper "as a popular share trading gossip platform."
I love the forum and its concept and content, of course like all anonymous forums that become popular & successful it attracts many varied characters, comments and perceptions. Not all posters & postings are genuine with some having their own specific agenda's and perhaps speaking with fork tongue, but that is a part of the excitement and intrigue of this social platform and despite all the different conjecture the forum delivers valuable content, and a significant amount of company info can be gleaned from postings, very valuable info if you are able to filter carefully and do your homework.

I will raise my glass to this talented guy later today and wish his family sincere condolences and I thank him for his participation in this wonderful share trading forum that he was such a big part of and is now a part of many, many others lives.
