If Trump didn't know what he was paying all those cheques to Cohen for that makes him the biggest smuck or a terrible business person. So Trump was either duped for paying double what he owed or he knew exactly what he was paying. The Prosecution has shown, without a shadow of doubt, that Trump micromanaged everything including after he became President through multiple witnesses.
So are the jury going to think Trump is a smuck or that he knew exactly what he was paying?
