I believe a grand jury has been shown adequate cause for a trial. So much so that the trial is happening. If you look up above you can see the full 16 pages condensed of the indictment that I posted. It gives voucher and check (cheque) numbers. Maybe Judge Trumptardjerker hasn't seen the indictment or even aware that the trial has been going on?
