There might be serious ramifications but based on the number of people who have already been convicted of engaging in illegal conduct for his benefit it hardly feels like something that he won't be able to con somebody into doing for him. The list of people who on a daily basis engage in almost unbelievable behavior for his benefit is simply staggering. I even recall him saying he would pay for the legal defense of people if charged, although its clear now that he doesn't even pay his own legal bills let alone those of somebody going to gaol for him.
