The notes where written by Allan the former CFO who is currently in jail, it shows how they got the the $420k payment to Cohen
$130k for what was paid to stormy Plus $50k for Tech services for Cohen So that comes to $180k Then they double that to $360k because it would look like income for Cohen and he was in the 50% tax bracket Then added $60 as a "Bonus" for Cohen
Of course it was all put down as legal "expenses" so could be written off as such
As you wrote it's not the crime but the cover up that catches you out
