Could it have been simply his idea of a complement, socially awkward? yes definitely, but maybe completely innocent.... not for you or I (or CNN) to judge. If it really does require criminal action then let the Courts decide.

He has what I call old an school, socially awkward type of personality. We all know one and if the PC world starts ganging up on innocent people like that then where will we end up.
