Again , you dont have the knowledge of the costs of what is being achieved in Utility Scale Solar projects. I will state it again , depending on the country the current range is $750 k per MW to $1.2 M per MW . No subsidies are offered other than the same business conditions offered by The US or Australia to encourage investment . ( Reduced or Zero Import taxes etc ) .
But as I said you would have to ask people in the game or do some reading to have that information . I will let you ponder that statement again .
