HC cut off the last bit of that post, wouldn't let me edit it then just seized up. Its just come back to (I think) normal now.
I had said that a true V2X system would allow the EV to be parked anywhere that allowed V2X like your home or work but not shopping centres or fast chargers because it would congest them. It could also allow your home PV to charge your EV while the car was at work for a small network charge.
