    It's the humidity not the temperature IMO.

    The flaps are extended during approach, as well as the leading edge slats. This causes drag and lift, causing the water in the air to appear as condensation.

    If you fly into Asia during the rainy season, it's quite common to see such condensation under such circumstances.
