A small sheep farm bought for 60k on the outskirts of Melbourne 46 years has sold for 95mil.
Obviously some sort of developer has bought this parcel of land but how would the owners have known that this land would increase in value to that amount.
I wish them well with their return as they would be well into retiring age as the property was bought back in the 70's.
