It's a great story isn't it ? When they bought that farm in the 1970 it was considered a long way from Melbourne . I guess they thought it might be worth a reasonable amount one day but wow .
Think about buying a property today and selling it in 2062 ? That is a very long term strategy .
The owners are already retired and live in the burbs so I guess the kids will get some nice Christmas presents this year .
