Labor has launched a concerted attack on the Special Minister of State in Question Time, spending every question on his character with the interrogation directed at the Minister and the Prime Minister.
Labor targeted Mal Brough in Question Time, alleging his links with the downfall of Peter Slipper should lead to his dismissal from the government's frontbench
Shadow Attorney General Mark Dreyfus led the charge.
Mr Brough says there's was nothing new in the allegations and pointed out the matter has already been dealt with in the Federal Court.
Labor launched a censure motion towards the end of Question Time, in full knowledge the government would shoot it down.
Mr Brough was directly asked across the dispatch box if he would resign, and said no.
