Budget - he might do something on super for those receiving, say, >$250k pa tax free (as I asked Mathius when he took Qs on HC)
He will certainly do some tax changes, hopefully serious reforms, not simply change GST. He will re-address higher education crisis and find a solution (difficult). He will make changes to health that will get through the senate (also difficult). He will empty Menace Island and Nauru. He will embrace the reality of the so-called "Disruptive Innovation"and assist relevant participants.
He will come away from Paris with some plans that the majority of voters will support (- massive task).
Infrastructure? - not across that issue.
