I thought it might be interesting to post the stats on turnover in the light of recent comments by many lately regarding accumulation patterns, low volume/liquidity and so forth.
What was most interesting (to me) is just how steeply volumes have declined over the last year since the 8c placement - including the stock issued to the new cornerstone investors.
Although shares on issue has grow each of the last 3 years (2013, 14 + 15), fewer shares are being traded and broader market interest in the stock has drifted. The numbers I looked at (out of curiosity) support what most people here already know intuitively.
Anyway - I'm not drawing any conclusions apart from the obvious (that there is broad market disinterest in a stock run/operated for the interests of a small handful).
The AVB Flag Wavers are rusted on (and good luck to them) but Mr Market has long since moved on to greener pastures. Nothing to see here....
