Attended EGM meeting today chaired by CFO with Andy & Allen present, Fitzgerald busy doing roadshows in Brazil. All resolutions passed.
CR capacity now in place but an assurance it will only be used for an opportunity to expand further product lines and/or infrastructure.
Future ANNs in the shorter term will be about revenues. Expecting cost base to be covered quickly. $s to be reinvested in growth.
Recognition that past management was out of their depth. Plan to keep shareholders better informed.
Comment on Divan was that it predated present management and was a legacy. SOL APP was demonstrated after the meeting. Comment on Karaoke was nothing wrong with concept & content but "on the shelf with a longer term priority" at moment - partner Sunfly not spending the marketing $s.
Very worthwhile to meet the new team. Andy & Allen obvious work well together and enjoying the challenge.
Positive about the uptake in Brazil & Indonesia. ISPs uptake much greater than anticipated.
Talk of a name change before the meeting cos "TV" outdated.
