    Let me explain it to you like I would to a 6 year old so you can better understand.

    I am still a shareholder in Tyro and believe there is good value at its current price.

    I like the Tyro software which is great for small business who aren't using an integrated system. I will keep the Tyro system and use it in an emergency only.

    Tyro from what I understand never made an announcement to market that they were increasing fees to merchants, so most shareholders would likely be unaware.

    The increase in fees I felt was a positive for Tyro and from what I understand will strengthen EBITDA in FY25.

    However the flip side will be how many Merchants accept the changes made and what percentage decide to find a better deal?

    I hope I've explained it in a way so you can better understand.
