I was in Eastland today and watched an African lady take her 2 young boys into a jewellery shop,she didn't buy anything but she had many rings on her fingers.Maybe she was choosing her Christmas presents and letting her children know that before they turn 18 they can steal as many things as they want and they wont be punished.
