But in reality it is not Uber's fault, they are a commercial operation acting in accordance with the law (??)
The Government are the ones who are really at fault
If they wanted Uber to operate they should have put existing taxi and hire cars under the same conditions and the same laws
So how can they practice commercial discrimination and get out scot free ?
