The terrorists who indiscrimately shot kids by the way were making their way to meet their partners in the Ukraine. You cannot create a window on the Ukraine border without the Nazi Azov brigade knowing about it.
It seems the Wests narrative was going to be a false flag attack if the terrorists were not captured. If captured, the terrorists were dispensable with a money trail allegedly back to ISIS. Russia now has credible evidence that it was a Ukraine backed attack, funded by the West.
