Let me get this straight. "We are going to partially ban Russian oil imports by the end of the year".
The fact of the matter is, it is not for her to even say who Russia will even decide to sell oil too. It is up to the Russians, not the EU. It is also up to the Russians in how they wish to be paid. There are plenty of countries that have already signed for the Ruble for Oil. They will be doing the same for Gas and Grain.
That is what she doesn't get.
In her final point to the EU parliament, she made out that Russia needs the EU countries in order to sell its Oil.
The EU Parliament are full of self delusional kleptocrats.
