My understanding is the buy back price (to be announced on Monday) will be a discount to the VWAP of $22.2387. The discount could be 0% to 10%. More likely to be 5% or less in my view. Lets assume the buyback price is based on a discount of say 4% - meaning the buyback price is $21.34. The capital component is $11.34 meaning the fully franked dividend is $10 per share. Plus franking credits.
