The question shareholders or potential new investors have to ask is OEX still oversold? Obviously after the last announcement if we can believe the contents under 1 cents had gone too far.
IMO a new plan giving clarification on where the next round of funding will come from and that it will actually happen should see the share price back to the levels before the Zeta debacle.
