If i understand correctly -

SMM have now provided the necessary bank guarantees for the appeal to be heard.
SMMs legal people obviously believe SMM have a case.
No surprises there.
SMMs legal reps have to justify reason/s for the appeal to 3 High Court judges.
Judges then decide if SMM have a case for appeal.
If so this would suggest that Brown erred in some way.
And we are in for another long drawn out expensive battle.
If no case to be heard it's all systems go.
