If agreement is reached with the Vendors to discount the share purchase from 15 c to 7.5c , it would be reasonable to expect the earn out amount to be discounted as well by ? , I can see the vendors taking a higher amount in shares , with cashflow rising rapidly and adding the available cash as per the half yearly , management have indicated ADO will be able to meet there obligations when due , I believe this to be a fall back position. I sense an up front payment from somewhere ? rollout in China partner ? or by Cook ? to commercialize ADO's technology , note to be commercialized by Cook Medical Globally. why 3.3c?
