HH, I'll cut you some slack because you're on your back in bed sick but that would have to be close to the most inaccurate comment you have ever made...and there have been a few in your campaign to play devil's advocate!
Most people would understand "tightly held" to mean the majority of current share holders are not selling their stock so the volume available for sale is tiny as a ratio/percentage of issued capital.
