I agree with you if it is a company of size, but at this juncture the management team is quite small. This is about the only time they may really listen to proper and focussed smaller shareholder concern... and btw there are also some rather large shareholders floating around.
Not sure they can just ignore this year on year without consequences... in my humble opinion dyor
