Agree, I hold far too,many with the wisdom of hindsight. Too much skin in the game believing what AVB mananagement was releasi g to market as guide would actually occur. It didn't , it hasn't it probably wo t for a while so SH's may suffer. Hope I'm wrong, but been thru it quite a few times before with other "can't loose" stocks...
