Some companies have great PR because they have no choice but to raise the money on market.
It seems AVB atm do not need to raise money as most of the dilution is done. They have 20m in the bank and what is to be assumed strong indication of getting a debt deal finalized. Management would rather spend more time impressing those with deep pockets rather than small fry.
If Evy Hambro of Blackrock is not concerned then why should i. He of all others would be the first to sell if he thought this was a dud.
