Heres a thought its not the 31st in Brazil yet we are a day ahead in Aus, not that I think that's the hold up. I know with the ML they estimated by the end of a month and the announcement was about 11 days late so no need to panic just yet though I think we all are really sweating on it being announced even if it is only to see that the company is moving ahead it has been really quiet on announcements this year anyway patience to all
