It wouldn't matter if there was 1 billion barrels down there. Without down hole pressure it wont flow to the surface. Only 25% of the frac juice has come up under it's own steam, obviously mixed with some oil so I don't really know how Terry could provide an accurate announcement based on this information. At first, I thought the 2 weeks to analysis the flow was just a smoke screen to cover more covert activity as suggested by Fat Pizza but after thinking about it all day, and taking into account this is Terry Barr were talking about, I think they honestly aren't sure how much oil is down there, hence the pump.
