Management might be frustrated also but management selected the drill rig purchased, management selected the staff to operate it, management selected the contracted-in drill rig & crew and management doubtless determined all of the drilling plans. These are not new problems. They have been drilling Guchab for more than 18 months and they have not even produced a maiden JORC. News release 14 August 2012: "Copper Discovery at Guchab". They did not encounter gearbox or lab assay problems then. They reported the results of the 2nd hole 17 days later. We are 2 months into 2014 and they've had nothing to report since mid-November last year apart from 3 Guchab holes, 2 out 5 holes drilled at Eisernenhut (why are they drilling there at this time???) and their two week holiday (holiday from what?).
