@noomxx are you taking your URFPA dividends as cash or units? I'm taking them as units, which is an interesting exercise in leveraging both risk and reward. The dividend reinvestment price was 24c when calculated but is 37c now they are allocated. That's a nice 50% bonus on the dividend!
Mind you, it has gone the other way a couple of times before. But this bump cancels out all the earlier deficits and with plenty over.
