No I didn't say that the US didn't support terrorists or perhaps another term is freedom fighter depending on your position. I struggle to call the Syrian rebels terrorists under the current Syrian regime. Again I didn't say the US aren't supporting the Ukraine. What I said was I don't think they want all out war.
The US are however gearing up the financial war on Russia with Obama increasing sanctions overnight.
I don't know how ISIS has been armed, however I doubt very much it was the US considering they supported the Iraqi government.
