As an aside, from the war debate I notice that the French have been the only country to ignore the Greenies and go fully toward nuclear power as their source of fuel to produce electricity. A lot of the other countries around the world will wish they did this if OPEC supplies continue to be constrained. This is because nuclear power is cheaper and ironically it is also environmentally friendly, reducing carbon emmissions (as long as no 3 mile island or Chernoble? occurs).
