Don't shoot a fellow LPD long termer z - I wanted to open a dialogue around the effect of the growing food and supply emergency exacerbated by the Ukrain Invasion. Does anyone believe or have reason to belief the priorities of the USIDFC have changed or shifted over the past year to respond to these more immediate crisis. Does this funding agency, which I understand does not function as an aide but a financing agency, tied to private institutions, have enough moolah to commit to this project and others ongoing. I'm hoping this box ticking hoop jumping exercise ( building farms etc a frantic attempt to appease or are we locked in?
