It is a good announcement, although the short term pain looks likely to continue. Couple of years and all the pieces will fall into place, we may already have projects, 4,5,and six in the pipeline by then. And should this pan out well with Vale, why wouldn't they spin more off to AVB, no brainer for mine.
Hopefully there will be some more information regarding Centro and PB in the near future.
I still expect plenty of announcements in the coming couple of months.
