"....pointing to the share price as proof....." I thought that the years of underperformance in AVB's share price holds a lot of weight indeed. Nothing about "getting desperate" or "resorting to this rubbish". After all, I am a very relieved non holder of AVB and it is you whose choice of language "pretty pathetic", etc etc is very indicative of someone who is directing anger inappropriately. But then you are an AVB holder, aren't you? I guess 2020 will come about soon enough for you.....
