I don't think physical proximity is even a factor when we're playing in this field. Juniors at the top tier companies charge $500 per hour and they move interstate at high speed, low drag. RAP could've easily made a call to engage respected consultants regardless of location.
If I were to prep any kind of documentation for a company like Pfizer; I'd use the same crew the federal government uses; I wouldn't even want a lower end firm's name on the paperwork.
You're own excellent diagnosis of our company indicates massive disparity between what "should be" and what the IER quotes. I'd wager if RAP hired either BCG or McKinsey-level consultants to do their report; we'd be looking at a different offer price range.
