with regard to your post Cosmo and the drying up of announcements by Rap about further commercial licencing agreements with other telehealth companies, does anybody have an answer to this question: With the commercial deals Resapp has with Medgate and Alodoctor did these agreements come about because ResApp pursued these telehealth companies by highlighting and promoting to them the benefit of utilising smart cough DX? OR Did Medgate and Alodoctor come knocking on ResApps door, like customers walking into a shop and saying, "Hey ResApp, I hear you stock a product we would like to buy." I want to know if the pfizer merger offer is MUZZLING ResApp from announcing other commercial arrangements it may be establishing or NOBBLING ResApp from achieving further agreements for the time being. without an answer to this question I want to preempt my response with this statement at least: I do not want a spill of the current board of directors. Keating and Leedman are an integral part of this company and essential to it's future success in my opinion, but oh my goodness they are testing my Faith Hope and belief in them and if it is at all possible I would want the inclusion of the equivalent of an independent ombudsman (an intelligent individual heavily invested in the company long term) to sit in on any future board meetings so as to give the directors a clip behind the ears if they ever try any of this BS again. Now Giddy Up you board members. You have really tested our patience.

I would've expected some more deals to be announced. There was a flurry of activity in January I seem to recall - and now it's been quiet for months. The takeover provides enough uncertainty that partners would not want to commit until RAP's future has some certainty. Perhaps there are deals waiting for the uncertainty to pass, perhaps there are not.
