They must be ironing out a couple details before the scheme is put to the courts and documents released to shareholders. Once they've come to defined terms they will put the scheme to the court at the first court meeting and release docs.

Weak hands are letting this drift. I think the value of TMT needs to be carefully considered as, without it, AVL's value comes into question.
